1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable locations in India through trusted courier partners.

If your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will contact you and refund the order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, dispatch happens after order confirmation call/SMS/WhatsApp.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier-2 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary during festivals, sales, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999

  • ₹99 shipping charge on orders below ₹999

Any shipping offers will be shown on the product page or checkout page.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • SMS / WhatsApp tracking link

  • Email with courier details

You can track your order anytime using the tracking link.


6. Delivery Partners

We ship using reliable courier companies such as:

  • Shiprocket

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Other trusted logistics partners

Courier partner is selected based on delivery speed and serviceability.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Customer not available

  • Phone not reachable

Courier will attempt delivery again. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged Package on Delivery

If package appears damaged:

  • Do not accept delivery

  • Take photo of package

  • Contact us immediately

We will arrange replacement.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
After dispatch, cancellation will be treated under our Refund Policy.


10. Address Changes

Address changes are allowed only before dispatch.
After shipping, we cannot change delivery address.
