At Jadevine, we want you to love your handbag. If something is wrong, we are here to help with a simple and fair return process, designed according to Indian e-commerce standards and Meta/Google Ads policy requirements.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Wrong item received

  • Product has major quality issue

Conditions for return:

  • Product must be unused

  • Tags & packaging must be intact

  • Return request must include photos/video proof


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or washed

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Minor color difference due to lighting

  • Request made after 7 days


3. Refund Options

After quality check approval, we offer:

  • Replacement (preferred option)

  • Store Credit

  • Refund to original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be sent to your bank account or UPI ID.


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Return pickup: 2–5 days

  • Quality check: 1–2 days

  • Refund processed: 5–7 business days

Total time: 7–10 working days

Payment gateway delays may vary.


5. Return Shipping Charges

  • Free return pickup if product is damaged/wrong item.

  • Customer pays return shipping for size/color exchange or change of mind.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchange allowed once per order for:

  • Different color

  • Different model

Subject to stock availability.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
After dispatch, cancellation is treated as a return.

Refund timeline same as above.


8. Refused or Undelivered COD Orders

If customer refuses COD order without valid reason, Jadevine reserves the right to:

  • Charge future COD fee

  • Block COD for future orders


9. How to Request Return

Email or WhatsApp with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of product

  • Reason for return

Our team will respond within 24 hours.
